How wellness readings differ
A wellness reading uses the same cup, the same grounds and the same symbol vocabulary as a classic tasseography reading - but the lens is different. Instead of "will he call?", you ask "what does my body need?" Instead of "will I get the job?", you ask "where is my energy going?"
The cup answers in metaphors of vitality, rest, and recovery. It is not a diagnosis. It is a quiet pause to notice what you already half-know.
The wellness symbol dictionary
- Tree / leaf - vitality, steady growth, roots holding.
- Bridge - recovery, crossing a hard period, a turning point.
- Candle - clarity, a prayer carried, an intention lit.
- Sun - energy returning, warmth, a good cycle ahead.
- Circle - wholeness, completion, a contract with yourself.
- River / wave - emotional flow, things moving through you.
- Garden - long-term thriving, care that compounds.
- Mountain - endurance, a slow climb, patience required.
What we don't do
Zara never predicts illness, recovery timelines, or medical outcomes. We avoid alarmist symbols in the wellness frame and we never replace a doctor, therapist or midwife. If a reading seems to surface something heavy, we suggest a real conversation with a real human.
Try a gentle wellness reading now
Brew your coffee. Sit somewhere quiet. Ask one open question about your body, your energy or your rest. Drink slowly. Flip the cup, wait, photograph it, and upload.
